OK TO ALL MY FELLOW DJ'S, I'M SURE U MAY OR MAY NOT HAVE RAN INTO THIS SITUATION WHEN SPINNING RECORDS BUT WHAT IS A GOOD SOLUTION TO KEEP YOUR HANDS FROM HAVING A HARD TIME GRASPING THE RECORD WHILE PLAYING. AT TIMES I HAVE SEEN DJ'S( AND I DO IT MYSELF) LICK THEIR FINGERS TIPS TO KEEP THEIR HANDS OR TIP OF THEIR HANDS MOIST SO THAT THEY ARE ABLE TO KEEP GRASP OF THE RECORD WITHOUT LOSING TOO MUCH OF A GRIP.
IS THERE ANY TYPE OF LOTION OR SOLUTION TO HELP KEEP YOUR HANDS FROM GETTING TO CHAPPED OR ROUGH WHEN DJING?
I remember a qbert video where he used some type of moist finger rub. it was in a small round can. i think they make it for office workers who sort through tons of papers.
